San Diego Padres second baseman Carlos Asuaje is not in the lineup Sunday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Asuaje will head to the bench Sunday with Jose Pirela moving in to play second base. Manuel Margot is also back in the lineup playing centerfield and hitting against right-hander Ross Stripling.
