Sam Travis starting for Boston versus Blue Jays
Boston Red Sox first baseman Sam Travis is starting against the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday night.
Travis was recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket on Friday and this will be his first start in the majors since July 14. He's 13-for-44 (.295) at the big league level this season. Mitch Moreland will be available off the Red Sox' bench.
With a strong implied total (5.28 runs) and a batter-friendly situation (9.5 over/under, 1.082 park factor), the Red Sox offer plenty of fantasy potential on Monday.
