Jeff Mathis on Diamondbacks' bench versus Twins
Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Jeff Mathis is not starting on Friday against the Minnesota Twins.
Mathis will head to the bench after starting behind the dish in Thursday's series finale. Chris Iannetta will catch right-hander Zack Godley and bat seventh versus Twins right-hander Ervin Santana on Friday night.
