Boston Red Sox first baseman Mitch Moreland is out of the club's lineup Friday against the New York Yankees.
What It Means:
As the Yankees run out lefty Jordan Montgomery, the lefty-hitting Moreland will fall to the bench as righty Chris Young enters the lineup at DH. He will slide into the sixth spot in the order while Hanley Ramirez plays first base and hits cleanup.
