Mike Napoli not in Rangers' lineup as they visit Mets
Texas Rangers first baseman/designated hitter Mike Napoli is not starting on Tuesday against the New York Mets.
The game will be played under National League rules, leaving the Rangers without a designated hitter for tonight's series opener against right-hander Chris Flexen and the Mets. Adrian Beltre will start at third base for Texas while Joey Gallo handles things at first.
