Rockies' Jon Gray (foot) will start Friday in Arizona
Colorado Rockies starting pitcher Jon Gray (foot) will rejoin the rotation on Friday versus the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Gray has been out since mid-April with a stress fracture in his foot, but after three rehab appearances, the 25-year-old is good to go. He posted a 1.35 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 13 1/3 innings pitched during his rehab appearances.
Our models project Gray for a 4.38 ERA with 1.42 WHIP, and 42 strikeouts in 51 1/3 innings pitched the rest of the season.
