Boston Red Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez (knee) will begin facing hitters later this week.
What It Means:
Rodriguez had a problem-free bullpen session last week, and facing live hitters will be the next step in his rehab. He has been out of action since June 1 and is on track for an early July return.
