Joc Pederson (neck, concussion) sent to 7-day DL by Dodgers
The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed outfielder Joc Pederson on the 7-day DL with a concussion.
Pederson sustained the concussion during a collision with fellow outfielder Yasiel Puig in Tuesday's game. He will be first eligible to return late next week. Expect Chris Taylor to receive the bulk of at-bats in Pederson's absence.
Pederson was slashing .200/.309/.314 with just two home runs in 123 plate appearances this season.
