Dodgers could be sending Julio Urias to minors

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Julio Urias' locker at Dodger Stadium on Sunday was vacant.

What It Means:

This could be a signal that he could be headed to Triple-A. The team hasn't announced anything yet, but it appears likely he will be headed to the team's affiliate in Oklahoma City. Urias has been awful over his last two starts and will get a chance to work on his game in the minors.

Urias owns a 5.40 ERA and a 6.28 SIERRA over 23.1 innings pitched in 2017. He has just a 10.8 strikeout rate and a 13.7 walk rate in the majors this season.
