Elvis Andrus' three RBI's push Rangers past Athletics
Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus went 2-for-4 with three RBI, a run scored and a stolen base as the Rangers squeaked by the Oakland Athletics 6-5 on Saturday.
Andrus opened the scoring with an RBI single in the third inning, and his two-run single in the seventh tied the score and set the stage for the Rangers to take the lead one batter later. The stolen base with the seventh for Andrus this year.
The 28-year-old is having another solid year, batting .276/.323/.441 with a surprising five homers, 16 RBI's and 18 runs scored.
