Mets place Lucas Duda (elbow) on 10-day disabled list
New York Mets first baseman Lucas Duda is on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to April 20, with a hyperextended left elbow.
There isn't any timetable for Duda's return at this time. He injured his elbow while trying to field a throw on Wednesday. Michael Conforto will see more playing time while Jay Bruce is expected to move over to first.
Duda is slashing .238/.360/.571 with four home runs and seven RBI's through 50 plate appearances (13 games) this season.
