Dodgers expected to recall Yasiel Puig this weekend
Los Angeles Dodgers Yasiel Puig will likely be recalled from Triple-A this weekend, per the Los Angeles Times' Andy McCullough.
The Dodgers didn't end up trading Puig before the deadline on Thursday, so he will be back up in the majors providing outfield depth with the expanded September rosters.
Puig struggled through 303 major league plate appearances this season, hitting a career-low .309 wOBA. He has been on a ear in Triple-A though, slashing .348/.400/.594 with a .431 wOBA through 75 plate appearances.
