J.D. Davis not in lineup for Athletics Monday
The Oakland Athletics did not list J.D. Davis as a starter for Monday's game against the Boston Red Sox.
What It Means:
Davis will take the night off while Abraham Toro makes a start at third base and bats sixth against Boston.
Davis is off to a hot start, so it's puzzling to see him out of the lineup tonight. He has at least one hit in each game so far this season and even knocked two homers against the Guardians last week.
