Giants' Brandon Crawford (hamstring) lands on injured list
The San Francisco Giants have placed veteran shortstop Brandon Crawford (hamstring) on the injured list.
What It Means:
Crawford is dealing with another hamstring injury after missing chunks of the season with others, and will now likely end his season on the injured list. The Giants will have Marco Luciano play shortstop against the Dodgers Thursday and listed Luciano seventh in the batting order.
Crawford struggled with injuries throughout the year, posting a .197 batting average with a .595 OPS across 316 plate appearances.
