Arizona Diamondbacks infielder Geraldo Perdomo is not in the starting lineup against right-hander Michael Grove and the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader.

Perdomo will take a seat for the matinee after going hitless in a sixth straight game on Monday. Sergio Alcantara will replace Perdomo at shortstop and hit ninth in the first game of Tuesday's twin bill.
