Max Muncy (ankle) on first base for Dodgers' matinee
Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Max Muncy (ankle) is in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Mitch Keller and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Muncy was held out of Wednesday's lineup to receive additional maintenance for a sore ankle. He has been held out of three of the past four lineups but made multiple pinch-hit appearances. Muncy will bat second in Thursday's matinee and replace Albert Pujols on first base.
numberFire’s models project Muncy for 15.7 FanDuel points and he has a $3,800 salary on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, Keller has the highest walk rate (12.4 percent) out of Thursday's listed starters and the Dodgers have the third-highest implied total (5.0 runs).
