Pirates' Phillip Evans (hamstring) activated, starting Tuesday
The Pittsburgh Pirates activated infielder/outfielder Phillip Evans from the 10-day injured list for a hamstring strain.
Evans had been on the IL since straining his hamstring last month. He will start in left field on Tuesday over Ben Gamel and bat seventh against right-hander Walker Buehler and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, the Pirates have an implied total of 3.6 runs on Tuesday. Buehler has the lowest walk percentage (4.8) out of Tuesday's listed starters.
