Nelson Cruz not in Twins' Opening Day lineup
Minnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz is not in the Opening Day lineup against right-hander Brandon Woodruff and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Cruz doesn't have a place in the lineup with the Twins beginning the year at Milwaukee in a National League park. His first chance to start will be next Monday against the Detroit Tigers. Here is Minnesota's full Opening Day lineup: Luis Arraez LF, Josh Donaldson 3B, Jorge Polanco 2B, Miguel Sano 1B, Max Kepler RF, Byron Buxton CF, Mitch Garver C, Andrelton Simmons SS, Kenta Maeda SP.
