Elvis Andrus sitting for Rangers Monday
Elvis Andrus is not in the Texas Rangers' starting lineup for Monday's game against the San Diego Padres.
Andrus started in each of the Rangers' past six games and is likely just getting some rest. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will play shortstop for tonight and bat eighth.
The long-time Ranger hasn't found his stride yet in 2020. Over 82 plate appearances, he has no home runs and is batting a career-low 0.184. Hopefully a game off will help him get back to is usual self.
