Wilson Ramos on Mets' bench Wednesday afternoon
New York Mets catcher Wilson Ramos is not starting in Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus right-hander Jeff Hoffman and the Colorado Rockies.
Noah Syndergaard is toeing the rubber for the Mets on Wednesday afternoon, and he reportedly prefers not to throw to Ramos, so Rene Rivera is starting behind the bag instead. Ramos went 2-for-4 with a double and run scored on Tuesday.
Ramos is averaging 8.5 FanDuel points in 133 games for the Mets this season.
