Dodgers place Corey Seager (hamstring) on IL; he is expected to miss several weeks
Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left hamstring strain.
While there is no official timetable yet, Seager is expected to miss four to six weeks. He strained his hamstring running the bases on Tuesday.
Seager is hitting .278/.359/.468 with 8 home runs. Our models project him to hit .270 with 3 home runs over 100 remaining plate appearances this season.
