Mets' Robinson Cano (quad) exits Wednesday's game in the third inning
New York Mets second baseman Robinson Cano left Wednesday's game against the Washington Nationals after experiencing left quad tightness.
Cano was pulled in the third inning after suffering a left quad injury while running to first base. Expect Adeiny Hechavarria to see more playing time if Cano is placed on the Injured List.
