Miguel Cabrera, 1B, Detroit Tigers

FanDuel Price: $3,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

As always on full slates, first base is loaded today. Anthony Rizzo, David Ortiz, Joey Votto, and Edwin Encarnacion are all in good spots, meaning Miguel Cabrera will likely fly under-the-radar.

Why You Should Use Him:

Cabrera and the Tigers are projected for five runs tonight against Jacob Turner, which is the fifth-highest mark on the slate. Considering Turner's career 5.14 ERA, that projection definitely seems fair.

Turner, a righty, has been hit harder by lefties in his career, but his career 4.16 xFIP against right-handers is nothing to sneeze at. Turner also has given up a higher hard-hit rate to right-handers, with a career 35.4 percent hard-hit rate against him.

Cabrera, a righty, has nearly identical splits throughout his career, but has slightly better power numbers against right-handers.

If Detroit is able to get to Turner early, Cabrera could definitely be a big part of the fireworks. Cabrera has similar upside to the first basemen mentioned previously, but will come much cheaper and lower-owned. Give him serious consideration while making your tournament lineups.
