Mike Bolsinger, P, Los Angeles Dodgers

Dodgers’ righty Mike Bolsinger is our 10th-ranked pitcher for Saturday, and he comes at an incredibly low price. Much like Pineda, Bolsinger is an attractive option for those looking to pivot off Scherzer, and at $5,900, he will allow you to load up on some high-end bats.

Bolsinger’s 5.76 ERA is ugly, but it’s also misleading. His SIERA is a much more respectable 3.94, and he’s sporting solid strikeout (23.1%) and walk (6.7%) rates. The concerning thing for the long haul is his ground-ball rate, which is a crazy-low 32.4%, but that may be a bit wonky due to his small sample of 25 innings this year.

Milwaukee has a fairly pedestrian offense, ranking 17th in wOBA (.314), and Bolsinger gets to face them at Dodger Stadium, one of the most pitcher-friendly environments in the game (27th in ESPN’s Park Factor). The Brewers haven’t been the same offense away from Miller Park, posting a .298 wOBA on the road.
