David Freese, 1B, Pittsburgh Pirates

Playing time hasn't been super consistent for David Freese lately, so make sure you check the Pirates' lineup before locking him into yours, but he's a very interesting play today.

He's sporting a .353 wOBA on the season, the third-best mark of his eight-year career, and owns a .291/.374/.424 slash.

Freese has always excelled against left-handed pitching. While his .444 wOBA and .263 ISO against lefties this year isn't a sustainable pace, he has posted a .365 wOBA and .169 ISO versus southpaws over his career, making today's matchup with Los Angeles Angels' starter Hector Santiago an appealing one.

Santiago has a 4.46 SIERA on the season (4.30 SIERS over his career) and has allowed a career .329 wOBA with a 4.84 xFIP against righties.
