Coming off of a 2015 campaign in which he posted a career-worst 4.43 SIERA, he has posted a 5.40 SIERA through 10 games this season while putting up a career-low 11.9% strikeout rate.

Chris Iannetta is having a bit of a down year. However, his 28.2% hard-hit rate isn't far off of his career average, and he's sporting a lowly.242 BABIP, both of which indicate he has been unlucky.

Iannetta owns a career .374 wOBA and .219 ISO against left-handed pitchers, and against a struggling lefty today, he's in a great spot.
