Derek Dietrich, 2B, Miami Marlins

Hitting leadoff for the Marlins, Derek Dietrich is putting together a career year. He's posting a .309/.399/.489 slash with a .382 wOBA -- all career-highs. He's also sporting a career-best 18.4 percent strikeout rate. He has always produced well against right-handed pitching with a career .347 wOBA and .194 ISO and has a very strong .397 wOBA against righties on the season .

While his 3.39 ERA at 43 years old is impressive, Bartolo Colon is sporting a 4.20 SIERA on the year (his highest since 2012) and has posted a SIERA above 4.00 for four of the past five seasons. He allowed a 4.18 xFIP to left-handed hitters in 2015, and has been especially vulnerable against lefties in 2016 with a 4.63 xFIP.
