Wei-Yin Chen, P, Miami Marlins

FanDuel Price: $8,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

As mentioned with Porcello, the starting pitcher position is chalked full of appealing options. Wei-Yin Chen is in an excellent matchup but is more often thought of a pitcher to stack against than a high-upside starting pitching option.

Why You Should Use Him:

Chen has pitched well recently, topping 30 FanDuel points in four-straight starts. His 3.73 SIERA would be a career low, as would his 4.8 percent walk rate. He has been inducing ground balls at a terrific rate, too, posting a career-best 47.3 percent ground-ball rate through five starts. His strikeout rate of 19.2 percent -- while not terrific -- offers some upside, especially in this matchup.

The Phillies have been atrocious against left-handed pitching this season, ranking 29th in wOBA with a .250 mark. They also have a 30.4 percent strikeout rate against lefties, which is easily the highest in the Majors.

Vegas has Chen and the Marlins holding Philly to just 3.3 runs tonight -- the fifth-lowest mark on the slate. He has excellent win potential against Philadelphia, he has boosted upside due to Philly's free-swinging ways, and he has a low risk of blow-up due to his ground-ball rate. The fact that he will be low-owned is just a bonus.

Chen is a viable value play in all formats tonight.
