Although Strasburg has performed better over his last couple starts, his velocity has been down over all three outings since coming off the disabled list, which suggests he still hasn't returned to his early-season form. Injuries have limited Strasburg to just four Major League starts since June 8th, and at this point, we probably shouldn't expect to see the usual Strasburg for the remainder of the season.

If that remains the case tonight, we could see the Chicago Cubs in a far better spot than it looks like on paper, making them a fantastic stack in tournaments. Javier Baez has been excellent this year, producing a 37.0% hard-hit rate, .373 wOBA, and .276 ISO. Likely batting high in the order as usual, he makes for a nice pivot off Francisco Lindor and the value plays at shortstop.
