Cleveland is another offense in a great spot tonight, with a 5.66 implied total in a matchup with the Minnesota Twins and right-hander Kohl Stewart, and Greg Allen is a good way to get cheap exposure to the situation.

We only have a three-game sample to draw on at the Major League level for Stewart, but it has not been pretty. He has a 5.16 SIERA and has given up 3 earned runs in each outing, while never posting an xFIP better than 4.35. He has allowed as many earned runs as he has strikeouts (nine), and he's been tagged for a 38.1% hard-hit rate.

Allen has not had a productive season, but what is encouraging is the contact -- 37.3% hard-hit and 13.1% soft-hit rate -- he has made against right-handers in 215 career plate appearances in that split. There aren't many inexpensive Cleveland bats tonight, and Allen is cheap enough that the appeal of his strong contact numbers in this matchup create plenty of value.
