Eric Thames, OF, Milwaukee Brewers

After a flurry of deadline deals, the Milwaukee Brewers have a bunch of new faces. If lefty slugger Eric Thames makes his way into the new-look lineup, and he could after popping his 14th homer on Monday, he should probably be ignored in daily fantasy tonight.

This season against southpaws, Thames has struggled with a .295 wOBA and 30.8% strikeout rate. Making matters worse, Los Angeles Dodgers starter Rich Hill has absolutely wiped out lefty bats in 2018, holding them to a .281 wOBA, while having yet to allow a home run to a left-hander.

Thames has enjoyed another stellar season, but he's best to pivot away from tonight.
