Freddie Freeman, 1B, Atlanta Braves

Freddie Freeman is our top-projected fantasy bat on the main slate, and for good reason.

The Braves' 5.02 implied total is the highest mark on the main slate as they draw a great matchup against Marlins righty Pablo Lopez. Lopez has only made five Major League starts, and the 4.12 SIERA he has posted in that sample doesn't inspire a ton of confidence, especially when combined with the 4.51 xFIP he posted over his four Triple-A starts.

Freeman hasn't been quite as productive this year as he has in the past, but he still has an excellent .393 wOBA and .215 ISO. He has also crushed right-handed pitchers for a particularly strong 45.4% hard-hit, 9.7% soft-hit and 35.2% fly-ball rate.
