This is an awfully high price to pay for Scooter Gennett, but that should ensure that his ownership remains low in a solid spot against Junior Guerra. While Guerra isn't a total pushover, we shouldn't hesitate to attack him with lefties at Great American Ball Park when he's allowing a 39.1% hard-hit rate and .344 xwOBA in the platoon split.

Gennett continues to prove that last season's breakout wasn't a fluke, sporting a .386 wOBA and .199 ISO that's backed up by a 39.0% hard-hit rate and 38.4% ground-ball rate. He's benefiting from an unsustainable .386 BABIP, and he doesn't pack the same power as other high-priced options tonight, but he's fully capable of putting up a big score if the chalkier hitters disappoint.
