Carlos Santana, 1B, Philadelphia Phillies

FanDuel Price: $3,500

The Philadelphia Phillies are another team that may go overlooked despite facing Jhoulys Chacin, who owns the worst SIERA of all the pitchers on the slate (4.95). In spite of a 3.39 ERA, Chacin's 17.2% strikeout rate, 10.0% walk rate, and 40.2% hard-hit rate allowed tell the real story. In particular, he's always had issues against left-handed bats, and has allowed a .345 wOBA against them this year.

Given how cheap the Phillies are, you could consider going with a sneaky contrarian stack, with Carlos Santana being one of the only bats over $3,000. Santana is sporting a .383 xwOBA this season, and owns a .369 wOBA and .248 isolated power (ISO) against right-handed pitching since the beginning of 2016. Grouping him with Odubel Herrera ($2,600) and Nick Williams ($2,400) could make for a nice affordable trio of lefites.
