J.D. Martinez, OF, Boston Red Sox

Price: $4,600

Among the 271 hitters who have record at least 50 batted balls this season, J.D. Martinez ranks second (behind only Aaron Judge) in exit velocity. He has a proven ability to crush baseballs against any pitcher, with a 48.0% hard-hit rate against southpaws and a 54.1% hard-hit rate against righties, while also notching soft-hit rates below 5.0% against both.

The Boston Red Sox boast Tuesday's highest implied total (5.40), and Martinez should have no trouble continuing to rake against Oakland righty Daniel Mengden.

Mengden has 29 MLB starts under his belt over the last three years, and he has a middling 4.42 SIERA in that sample. His SIERA is on pace to be a career-best so far in 2018, but he's also allowing the hardest contact of his young career -- with his 14.8% soft-hit rate on pace to be his lowest and his 39.6% hard-hit rate on pace to be his highest.

Martinez has a huge amount of upside in this one.
