Luis Castillo, P, Cincinnati Reds

Luis Castillo was a hot name in season-long drafts back in March, but after two starts, the hype has cooled for the young right-hander. Castillo has allowed 10 runs in 10 innings, and his strikeout rate sits at just 19.6%. Sure, it's a small sample size, but that's not looking like a DFS pitcher we want to target.

But there are some positive signs that all is not lost. Despite the modest strikeout rate, he's posted an eye-popping 16.2% swinging-strike rate, and he's also gotten a bit unlucky with a .323 batting average on balls in play (BABIP). Let's not forget that Castillo impressed in 2017 with a 3.63 SIERA, 27.3% strikeout rate, and 58.8% ground-ball rate.

Against a Philadelphia Phillies lineup that can be prone to strikeouts (their 25.7% strikeout rate is second in the majors), tonight is a good spot to bet on the turnaround while the price (and ownership) remains low on Castillo.
