Shin-Soo Choo, OF, Texas Rangers

Shin-Soo Choo has been batting leadoff for the Texas Rangers for most of the season early on, and with the Rangers' 5.01 implied total, that positions him well to see plenty of plate appearances tonight.

Choo's .338 wOBA and .190 ISO against righties last year were both fairly pedestrian marks, but he did that on a huge 40.4% hard-hit rate and a low 10.3% soft-hit rate, and that's a good sign that the 35-year-old still has plenty of pop left in his bat.

Toronto Blue Jays righty Marco Estrada is coming off what may be his worst major league season, having posted a 4.98 ERA that was his highest since 2008, as well as a career-worst 4.69 SIERA. This puts the entire Rangers' offense in a good spot, and batting leadoff for a team that should score plenty gives a big boost to Choo's value.
