You don't see a lot of first basemen as power/speed guys, but that's what separates Paul Goldschmidt from the rest of the league.

He hit 33 homers and swiped 21 bags in 2015 before blasting 24 bombs and collecting 32 steals the year after.He tied his career high with 36 dingers in 2017, but stole just 18 bases, his lowest total since 2014.

Goldschmidt is still just 30 years old, so this may be his last and best shot at getting a 30-30 season under his belt. However, it's clear that he has the skill set to do it. We project he'll see a drop in both his homers total (26) and steals (21), although that combination will still separate him from the rest of the pack at first base.
