More than likely, the only people who are going to get a chance to draft Mike Trout are people who hold the first or second overall pick. So this isn't really about targeting Trout, because everyone would target Trout. This is about knowing how many stolen bases and homers you're not going to have to chase if you're lucky enough to land him.
