Yes, it's probably the cheapest we'll see Rhys Hoskins for the rest of this season, but as hot as he's been, we still can't use him against Clayton Kershaw. Although Kershaw had a poor start against the Colorado Rockies in which he only lasted 3 2/3 innings, across his three starts since coming off the disabled list he's posted a 3.26 SIERA and 29.4% strikeout rate. So much for being rusty.
The Philadelphia Phillies also have the lowest implied total on the board (2.77). We love what Hoskins has been able to do in such a short time, but even as a contrarian play, it's tough to see this one paying off.
