The Texas Rangers draw a great matchup today, and their 6.17 implied total is Wednesday's second-highest mark as they host Anibal Sanchez and the Detroit Tigers at the hitter-friendly Globe Life Park.

Sanchez has a shaky 4.32 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) through 21 starts, and things don't get more encouraging upon looking at his batted-ball profile. He's allowing a 36.4% hard-hit rate, 40.7% fly-ball rate and 17.8% soft-hit rate, all of which are either on pace to be the worst of his 12-year big league career, or among the worst.

Rougned Odor hasn't been especially productive from the plate this season, but he has crushed right-handed pitchers to the tune of a 38.6% hard-hit rate and 44.9% fly-ball rate. He's more than capable of taking advantage of a good matchup like this one.
