Chad Kuhl has been about as average as they come this season, but he has stepped up his game recently. In seven starts since July 1st, Kuhl is the owner of a 2.70 ERA and has averaged 28.7 FanDuel points per outing.

He will look to carry that momentum into tonight's matchup against the Detroit Tigers, who have one of the lowest implied run totals on the slate. Detroit's .314 wOBA against right-handed pitching this season is just 21st in the majors, but that number has dropped to .300 over the past two weeks, which is the sixth-lowest mark during that time.

Kuhl might not have elite strikeout upside, but he is a terrific value at his price tag. Our models tend to agree, listing him as the second-best value of any pitcher on this slate.
