On the flip side, just because we don't want to use Zack Godley, it doesn't mean we want to target hitters facing him either. Against righties, Godley is striking guys out at a 26.5% clip, so you might want to think twice before using Ryan Zimmerman.

Zimmerman started out the season blazing hot, but he's cooled off significantly this month, with just a .250 wOBA and 27.1% strikeout rate in July.

Given his recent play and the lack of a platoon advantage against a tough opponent, it's best to pass on Zimmerman in spite of the Nats' nice implied team total.
