Wrigley is expected to have mild temperatures and heavy winds blowing in, so the Chicago Cubs bats get a downgrade tonight.

In particular, though, Addison Russell is struggling mightily at the dish lately. Following a brutal May, he has just a .281 wOBA and 22.8% hard-hit rate. He's been dropped to seventh or eighth in the order, and has even begun to lose playing time to Javier Baez.

Russell hit 21 bombs in 2016, and has the tools to snap out of this funk. But until he does, he can't be rostered in DFS.
