The Arizona Diamondbacks bats are in a pretty good spot on Thursday. They're on the road, but still in a hitter-friendly location in Miller Park, while their matchup with Milwaukee Brewers' righty Zach Davies is solid.

Davies has posted a 4.25 SIERA since landing in the majors, and his 4.78 in 2017 is on pace to be the worst mark of his career. He has had an especially tough time with left-handed sticks this season, as evidenced by a 5.00 xFIP.

Chris Herrmann has a middling .324 wOBA, but that jumps to a .391 mark with a strong 37.5% hard-hit rate if we look at his work against right-handed pitching. He's a good bet to take advantage of this solid matchup.
