Joe Panik, 2B, San Francisco Giants

FanDuel Price: $2,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

As we previewed in the pitching slate, two studs take the hill in this matchup, and this game currently sports the lowest -- by 2 runs -- over/under of the slate at 6.5 runs. Vegas thinks offense is likely to be at a premium in this one.

Through two starts, Colorado Rockies starter Jon Gray has done a great job of limiting power, giving up a measly 14.3% fly-ball rate. And it appears this park doesn't seem to provide too many favors for hitters -- over the last three seasons, AT&T has ranked dead last in home run factor.

Why You Should Use Him:

Even with all of these challenges, Joe Panik could be in for a big day. While the sample size is certainly small, Gray has gotten ripped by lefties in 2017, allowing a .415 wOBA and 35.3% hard-hit rate (25 batters faced) to left-handed bats.

Even with a park that clearly favors the pitcher, it doesn't seem to matter to Panik. Last season at home against right-handed pitching, the Giants second baseman logged a 36.1% fly-ball rate and .144 ISO over 207 plate appearances.

But before you think that's some one-year fluke, he posted nearly identical numbers in 2015. In 166 plate appearances against righties at home that campaign, Panik put up a 36.5% fly-ball rate and .142 ISO.

It's definitely a marquee matchup of two excellent hurlers, one in which the sticks shouldn't see too much ownership, making Panik a nice under-the-radar play.
