Hunter Pence, OF, San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants have a decent implied total of 4.41 tonight as they take on Christian Friedrich and the San Diego Padres.

Friedrich has not shown much promise at the Major League level, with a 5.39 ERA and 4.36 SIERA through his first four seasons, and he is sporting a career-worst 4.81 SIERA this season. He has been especially bad against right-handed hitters this year, allowing a .332 wOBA with a 5.23 xFIP, making this an especially good matchup for Hunter Pence.

Pence is having a solid year from the dish, slashing .292/.359/.458 with a .351 wOBA, and with an especially strong .379 wOBA and 37.2% hard-hit rate against southpaws, he should thrive tonight.
