Toronto Blue Jays bats are in a solid spot tonight against Jered Weaver and the Los Angeles Angels.

Weaver has seen his SIERA climb in six straight seasons after his career-best in 2010. Each of the last two seasons have seen him set a new career-worst, with a 4.88 in 2015 and a brutal 5.54 this year. He's also sporting a career-low 12.9% strikeout rate this season while allowing a career-high 35.1% hard-hit rate.

Troy Tulowitzki is a high-upside way to get exposure to this matchup, and even though he is having a bit of a down year, he still has 23 home runs with a strong 34.1% hard-hit rate, a 40.6% fly ball rate, and a .196 ISO on the season.
