He's up against fellow rookie Robert Stephenson, who has a 4.43 ERA and 5.00 SIERA through his first four Major League games. Stephenson also struggled in Triple-A this year, with a 4.41 ERA and 4.65 FIP through 24 games, and Bell should thrive in this matchup.
