Mike Foltynewicz is starting tonight for the Atlanta Braves, which makes this a great spot to look at the San Francisco Giants' left-handed bats.

Foltynewicz has a 4.55 ERA and 4.21 SIERA on the year, numbers that line up pretty well with his 5.12 ERA and 4.25 SIERA through his first 200 1/3 career innings. Left-handed hitters have absolutely dominated him over his career to the tune of a .387 wOBA, and the list of left-handed hitters to not consider using against him is pretty short.

Brandon Crawford has a solid 33.9% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this year. He also owns a decent .331 wOBA and .185 ISO. With a low price tag in a matchup as good as this one, Crawford is a very appealing option.
